Payment Policy

Understand payment choices, authorisation and buyer protection in Classic Mart.

Server-authoritative checkout

Classic Mart recalculates price, delivery, tax and stock on the server before an order is created. A browser redirect is never accepted as proof of payment.

Payment providers

Online payment entry is hosted/tokenized by the configured payment provider. Classic Mart verifies the provider transaction amount, currency, reference and successful state before marking an order paid. Cash on delivery is reconciled after verified delivery.

Refunds

Approved online refunds are submitted to the original payment provider and remain pending until provider completion. Every completed refund reverses the corresponding marketplace ledger entries; COD resolutions remain auditable through the same order and support history.

Never share security codes

Classic Mart support should never request your full password, card PIN or one-time payment code.
